VALUER

REQUIREMENTS  FOR THE POSITION:

Qualification requirements

  • University degree
  • Certificate as valuer issued under the Law of the Independent Valuers;
  • Relevant experience of at least 2 years as a valuer;
  • Intermediate knowledge of English language, excellent knowledge is a plus;
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office;

Other requirements

  • Driving license is an advantage;
  • Ability to work as a team player;
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills;
  • High level of attention to detail;

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Valuations of assets, by complying with the necessary standards.
  • Feasibility studies of projects;
  • Market research of various segments of the real estate market;
  • Presentation of projects for the needs of customers of the management of the Company;
  • Undertakes other duties as may reasonably be required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility for this job;
  • Maintains professional development to meet the changing demands of the job;

REPORTING:

  • Directly to the Valuations Department Manager
