REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Generating business on a daily basis for the company:
- generating and maintaining a database of projects and listings which are to be transacted;
- generating a database of end users/clients as per segment/industrial, office, retail and residential/ which are to be transacted;
- Identifying trends and executing upon new ideas;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Selling the services of the Department and cross-selling the services of the Company;
- Offering advice on acquisition, disposal and investment to clients, who may range from private individuals to large organizations;
Qualification and professional experience requirements:
- University degree
- Strong sales background and at least two years experience in the Real Estate market;
- Excellent Knowledge of English language (both written and verbal);
- Driving license;
- High level of attention to detail required;
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office;

- Must be able to work as a team player;
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills;
- Must be able to set objectives and deliver in a timely manner;
- Reporting skills;
