Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Generating business on a daily basis for the company:
    • generating and maintaining a database of projects and listings which are to be transacted;
    • generating a database of end users/clients as per segment/industrial, office, retail and residential/ which are to be transacted;
  • Identifying trends and executing upon new ideas;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Selling the services of the Department and cross-selling the services of the Company;
  • Offering advice on acquisition, disposal and investment to clients, who may range from private individuals to large organizations;

Qualification and professional experience requirements:

  • University degree
  • Strong sales background and at least two years experience in the Real Estate market;
  • Excellent Knowledge of English language (both written and verbal);
  • Driving license;
  • High level of attention to detail required;
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office;

  • Must be able to work as a team player;
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills;
  • Must be able to set objectives and deliver in a timely manner;
  • Reporting skills;
